Senior Director Pharmacy Trade Relations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Director of Pharmacy Trade Relations, responsible for managing trade relations programs and partner relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee trade formulary strategies, including negotiations and policy creation
• Lead collaboration with Group Purchasing Organizations (GPO) for strategic initiatives
• Manage relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturers and internal stakeholders to align strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare management, or a related field; HS diploma or GED required
• 10 years of related work experience in healthcare, pharmacy benefit management, or pharmaceutical sales
• 4 years of experience in Trade/Rebates or formulary development
• 5 years of people management or leadership experience
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
