A company is looking for a 401k Sales Activation Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the onboarding of new clients by collecting necessary information
- Proactively engage with clients to schedule account set-up calls
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer needs are met and identify areas for process improvement
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role in the financial or retirement industry
- Working knowledge of the 401(k) product and experience in implementation/onboarding is a bonus
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth software company
- Ability to manage a queue of plans while contributing to the onboarding core team
- Proficient in applications such as Zoom, Gmail, and Microsoft/Google Workspace
