A company is looking for an Account Executive - Outplacement / Talent Solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage current relationships, focusing on account growth and client retention
- Generate new business by targeting and acquiring new customers for leadership development and outplacement
- Serve as a subject matter expert to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of selling experience in outplacement and/or leadership solutions
- 5+ years of experience selling to Human Resources departments
- Proven track record in prospecting and business development
- Strong consultative selling skills and ability to work independently
- Currently resides in Missouri, Illinois, Colorado, Texas, or Washington state
