Job Summary
A company is looking for an Insurance Call Center Sales Agent who will work from home.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products
- Establish strong customer and community relationships to develop additional leads and referrals
- Maintain partnerships with insurance company representatives and underwriters
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- An active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license
- 2+ years of sales experience in Personal Lines Insurance (home & auto)
- Experience selling in multiple states or with multiple carriers
- Proficiency in navigating various software, including CRM and agency management systems
- Availability to work Mondays - Fridays from 9:30am - 6pm ET plus one late night
