Loan Officer Assistant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Production Assistant - Consumer Direct.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and submit complete loan application packages
• Gather and verify borrower documentation and serve as the point of contact for loan status updates
• Assist Loan Officers in meeting production goals through administrative and process support

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 2+ years in mortgage operations, loan processing, or as a Loan Officer Assistant (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of mortgage products, documentation, and compliance
• Proficiency in LOS systems (Encompass, Calyx, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines simultaneously
