Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Partner Relations to lead and develop the Partner Relations department.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive profitability and merchant acquisition through managing Sales Partner relationships
• Hire, train, and develop team members while creating employee goals and performance expectations
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to resolve Sales Partner issues and communicate trends to leadership

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma
• Experience leading and managing teams
• Strong working knowledge of the Merchant Services/payments industry
