A company is looking for a Pre Sales Analyst - Contact Center.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the design and modification of business and IT systems
- Gather, document, and analyze business needs and technical requirements while acting as a liaison between stakeholders and technology teams
- Review and analyze RFP requirements and participate in pricing exercises for proposals
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years of related experience in a similar role
- Understanding of cloud services (IaaS, PaaS, UCaaS, CCaaS, SaaS) and contact center technologies
- Experience in project management processes and ability to work in a matrixed environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
