Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Executive, Customer Base.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to create sales opportunities through upselling and cross-selling
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities and manage inbound sales leads to convert them into new business
- Coordinate resources and maintain a solid knowledge of products to drive opportunities to closure
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in technology or software sales
- Knowledge of HCM software or high-tech products/services is preferred
- Proven track record of successful selling and pipeline development
- Experience with solution selling and value-based selling techniques
