Key Responsibilities
- Coach and manage a team of account executives to effectively run their business and exceed sales targets
- Hire and train new sales executives while providing ongoing training for tenured team members
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements within the sales department
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience managing a SaaS sales team with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of FP&A processes and experience selling to finance teams or CFOs
- Familiarity with modern SaaS selling methodologies such as Challenger Sale or Sandler
- Practical negotiation skills and experience in a rapidly growing company
- A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field is preferred
