Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Director to lead and manage a team of account executives to exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach and manage a team of account executives to effectively run their business and exceed sales targets
  • Hire and train new sales executives while providing ongoing training for tenured team members
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements within the sales department
Required Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience managing a SaaS sales team with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Knowledge of FP&A processes and experience selling to finance teams or CFOs
  • Familiarity with modern SaaS selling methodologies such as Challenger Sale or Sandler
  • Practical negotiation skills and experience in a rapidly growing company
  • A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field is preferred
