Job Summary
A company is looking for a Vice President, Practice Leader - Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute growth strategies for the Microsoft CX practice and support sales efforts
- Ensure successful delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM projects and oversee practice operations
- Act as executive sponsor for key client accounts and manage annual practice budget and financial performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 12+ years of experience in customer experience, CRM, or consulting leadership roles
- 5+ years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE delivery or sales/account management
- Deep understanding of the Microsoft Business Applications ecosystem
- Proven success in managing a P&L in a consulting or professional services environment
