Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Active Life & Health Insurance License in the state of residence
• At least 1 year of experience in inbound/outbound call center roles
• Previous experience in health and life sales
• Ability to connect and build rapport over the phone
• Experience navigating technical issues independently
