Key Responsibilities
- Respond quickly to inbound leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives
- Build and qualify outbound lists, launching multi-step campaigns to convert prospects
- Maintain clean and accurate lead records in the CRM while continuously improving messaging based on data and performance
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven success in an SDR or outbound sales role, with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets
- Hands-on experience with cold outreach platforms and prospecting tools
- Disciplined and self-motivated with a clear track record of high-quality pipeline generation
- Experience in compliance, safety, SaaS, or complex B2B verticals is a plus
- Familiarity with Predictable Revenue or similar outbound frameworks is beneficial
