Job Summary
A company is looking for a CRM Presales Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Support sales proposals, pitches, and solution presentations for clients evaluating CRM solutions
- Act as a technical advisor and subject matter expert during the pre-sales process, assessing client needs and recommending solutions
- Design and present demonstrations that align with client industry needs and assist in developing implementation plans and project scope documentation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales or solution engineering role, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales or Salesforce
- Experience with the Microsoft ecosystem, including Dynamics 365 CRM and the Power Platform
- Experience navigating complex sales cycles and working with executive stakeholders
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant, Power Platform App Maker) are a plus
