A company is looking for an Instrument Sales Support Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process correspondence, quotes, and bids for the sales team, ensuring compliance with business unit policies
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding instruments, contracts, and orders, providing timely follow-up as needed
- Process purchase orders and resolve collections issues by coordinating with sales representatives and customers
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 0-2 years of customer service experience, or an Associate degree with 2 years of customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Outlook, SAP, and Salesforce
- Prior knowledge of the life sciences industry is preferred
- Advanced customer service skills with three or more years of call center experience preferred
- Geographical knowledge of the service area is beneficial
