Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Sales Operations Support.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a team of Sales Operations Support Specialists to assist Account Executives with client-facing quotes and post-sales requests
- Distribute incoming requests and ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) while addressing escalations from clients
- Coordinate the month-end booking process and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- 3-5 years of leadership experience
- 5+ years of experience with quote-to-cash workflow for consulting services and SaaS
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce and service request management systems
- Comprehensive understanding of standard quote to cash business processes
