Field Reimbursement Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) for the Great Lakes region.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert in reimbursement, access, and specialty distribution
• Educate healthcare provider offices on coverage, prior authorization processes, and funding options
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an allied health field or equivalent work experience
• 8+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industry
• Previous reimbursement experience with prior authorizations and US payer landscape
• 3-6 years of experience supporting specialty pharmaceuticals or biologics
• Deep understanding of reimbursement, access, and specialty pharmacy operations
