- 13+ years of total experience with 5+ years in management in a SaaS environment
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding high volume metrics and quotas
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
- Experience in evolving and optimizing processes and tools
- Strong people and performance management experience
