Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Compensation Analyst to join their Sales Compensation team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage operational aspects of sales compensation, including commission processing and data validation
- Reconcile and analyze complex datasets to maintain accurate variable compensation and performance tracking
- Administer the end-to-end commission process and collaborate with Finance, Sales Operations, and HR on compensation programs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in sales compensation administration or sales operations
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Experience with commission/incentive compensation tools, preferably CaptivateIQ
- Understanding of sales processes and common compensation models
