A company is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to support its growing international B2B business.
Key Responsibilities
- Import, organize, and maintain international bulk pipeline prospects and customer records in Salesforce
- Ensure accurate account hierarchies, contact roles, and opportunity data for global B2B accounts
- Build, optimize, and maintain Salesforce dashboards and reports to provide visibility into international sales performance
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or CRM administration (Salesforce strongly preferred)
- Proven track record of building dashboards and reports that improve visibility and decision-making
- Strong understanding of sales pipeline management, forecasting, and B2B account structures
- Ability to manage large data sets with attention to accuracy and detail
- Experience working with international markets and distributed teams is a plus
