Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to build and scale its RevOps function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own reporting and dashboarding for marketing performance, funnel conversion, and revenue trends
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to design campaigns and support strategic planning
  • Improve and scale revenue processes while ensuring data integrity across systems
Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales/Marketing Ops roles, preferably in B2B SaaS
  • Deep understanding of GTM funnels and SaaS sales motion
  • Strong technical proficiency in Salesforce and HubSpot; hands-on experience managing HubSpot is essential
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on using data to identify problems and implement solutions
  • Proactive and organized, with a collaborative approach to building processes in a fast-paced environment
