Inside Sales Systems Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Systems Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of internal systems to align with organizational goals
• Update and maintain the CER internal web page content and manage system-generated reports
• Collaborate with CER Managers and Purchasing on product descriptions and necessary changes

Required Qualifications

• Understanding of operating systems, including AS400, is preferred
• Experience with Outlook, Excel, Salesforce, Smart Sheets, and Contact Center Platforms
• Strong analytical and computer skills are required
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
• Demonstrated initiative in problem resolution and project management
