Key Responsibilities
- Facilitates the achievement of annual sales goals for Retirement Plan sales
- Develops and monitors activity and sales metrics to enhance the effectiveness of the sales team
- Provides professional development through training, mentoring, and establishing relationships with industry leaders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
- 4-7 years of retirement plan experience required; wholesaling experience preferred
- 2-4 years of supervisory experience preferred
- Series 6 and State Life and Health licenses required
