A company is looking for a Senior Sales Excellence Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead monthly and quarterly forecast reviews, ensuring accuracy and opportunity acceleration
- Define and track key sales performance KPIs and champion sales adoption of various initiatives
- Partner with Enablement and Marketing to operationalize field readiness and promote consistent value messaging
Required Qualifications
- 6-10+ years of experience in sales operations, sales excellence, or GTM strategy
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs with measurable impact
- Deep experience in forecasting, pipeline analysis, and performance management
- Direct field or inside sales experience is highly preferred
- Bachelor's degree required
