Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Coordinator to support its Community Relations department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting logistics for Community Liaisons
  • Research and curate targeted lists of prospective referral sources and track progress using the CRM system
  • Identify and recommend community events and handle logistics for liaisons attending events
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in healthcare, marketing, communications, public relations, or business administration
  • 2+ years of administrative, marketing, or sales support experience; healthcare experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and CRM platforms
  • Experience in conducting online research and evaluating opportunities
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset
