A company is looking for a Business Development Coordinator to support its Community Relations department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting logistics for Community Liaisons
- Research and curate targeted lists of prospective referral sources and track progress using the CRM system
- Identify and recommend community events and handle logistics for liaisons attending events
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in healthcare, marketing, communications, public relations, or business administration
- 2+ years of administrative, marketing, or sales support experience; healthcare experience preferred
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and CRM platforms
- Experience in conducting online research and evaluating opportunities
- Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset
