Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the GTM systems vision, roadmap, and architecture
• Own the Salesforce platform and manage integrations and customizations
• Streamline and automate core GTM processes and implement AI-driven innovations

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in business systems or enterprise CRM architecture
• 5+ years of leadership experience in a cross-functional environment
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
• Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash and lead-to-opportunity workflows
• Experience in a high-growth, global B2B software environment
