Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Development Manager for the Government - Cooperative Contracts Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand cooperative sales opportunities in the fire and security domains
- Train local market sellers on cooperative contracts strategy and support field sales
- Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with government procurement regulations
Required Qualifications
- College degree in Sales/Marketing or a related field preferred
- Minimum of five years of commercial sales experience, preferably in the SLED space
- Proven business development sales ability with experience in complex systems sales
- Ambitious attitude and leadership ability
- Ability to contribute to developing a business plan, including sales and marketing strategies
