Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal, Business Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end DDQ, RFI, and onboarding questionnaire process for all institutional prospects
• Collaborate with various internal teams to deliver tailored and compliant responses to prospect requests
• Design and implement a scalable DDQ/RFI knowledge base and maintain a centralized content library

Required Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience in RFP/RFI or DDQ ownership roles, preferably in fintech or financial services
• Strong understanding of institutional due diligence processes related to custody and trading infrastructure
• Proven ability to coordinate complex input across multiple functions
• Familiarity with regulatory standards relevant to crypto, including SOC 2 and AML/KYC frameworks
• Experience with RFP automation or content management platforms
