Key Responsibilities
- Monitor incoming leads and follow up with prospective clients to clarify their requirements
- Assess lead details to delegate inquiries to the appropriate team or specialist
- Record lead interactions and qualification data in Salesforce while collaborating with Marketing to improve workflows
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in lead management, sales support, or client service roles
- Understanding of the Fine Art Logistics industry is beneficial but not required
- Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle a high volume of inquiries
- Customer-first mindset with the ability to understand and articulate client needs
