Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of enablement programs that align with GTM strategy and drive measurable sales outcomes
- Build onboarding, training, and certification paths tailored to AI buyers and technical sales cycles
- Develop playbooks, talk tracks, objection handling guides, and demo frameworks tied to API and PRAG products
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience across sales, enablement, or GTM strategy
- Familiarity with AI products, especially developer-facing tools like APIs and RAG platforms
- Experience building enablement programs from scratch and scaling them in high-growth environments
- Skilled in enablement platforms (Highspot, Lessonly, etc.) and CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot
- Comfortable in ambiguity and motivated by the impact enablement has on revenue
