A company is looking for a Pre-Sales Director responsible for driving business development strategy and consultative sales for Workday services.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate prospect sales meetings and collaborate with internal teams on client sales activities
- Lead services discovery sessions to identify prospect needs and build professional services proposals
- Maintain accurate services pipeline data and assist in closing professional services agreements
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience leading Financials implementation projects
- 5+ years of experience in the Professional Services sales cycle
- Experience delivering technology-based projects to blue-chip companies
- Proven ability to manage and lead project teams
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of project dynamics
