Job Summary
A company is looking for a Vice President of Sales for the Mega Market segment in Retirement Plan Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and sell to retirement plan prospects in the Mega Market segment
- Develop and maintain relationships with key plan sponsors, advisors, and benefit consultants
- Manage the sales opportunity pipeline and collaborate with internal business partners
Required Qualifications
- Self-motivated with a high degree of personal integrity and resilience
- Proven sales focus with a track record of exceeding expectations
- Experience in Mega market retirement plans and familiarity with relevant advisors and consultants
- Knowledge of qualified and non-qualified plan marketplace and competitor insights
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with Series 7 and 63 licenses preferred
