Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Development Team Manager to lead their team of Business Development Representatives across the UKI and Benelux markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of BDRs focused on pipeline creation for the UKI & Benelux territories
- Oversee and optimize inbound and outbound sales processes, implementing best practices across the team
- Analyze performance metrics and collaborate with Sales and Marketing to drive campaign strategies and improve conversion rates
Required Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience leading sales or BDR/SDR teams in a SaaS environment
- Proven success in managing inbound demand and outbound prospecting strategies
- Strong track record in coaching and developing talent to exceed KPIs
- Deep understanding of sales tech stacks, including Salesforce and related tools
- Familiarity with the UKI and Benelux markets, with a nuanced understanding of cultural and commercial dynamics
