Job Summary
A company is looking for a SDR Player-Coach (Team Lead).
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a player-coach, balancing team leadership with personal outbound sales
- Manage, mentor, and grow a team of 3 SDRs to consistently hit meeting and pipeline goals
- Design and implement outbound strategies, campaigns, and messaging in collaboration with Sales & Marketing
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in SDR/BDR roles with at least 6-12 months in a player-coach or leadership capacity
- Track record of exceeding outbound quotas and driving qualified meetings
- Familiarity with modern sales tech: HubSpot, SalesLoft/Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Experience in SaaS, data analytics, or insurtech is a strong plus
