Key Responsibilities
- Support target setting operations and analysis for the Sales Performance Strategy Quota Administration team
- Develop, administer, and maintain target setting processes for various teams across multiple products
- Reconcile data sources for revenue transactions and create complex reports while ensuring high accuracy and customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- B.S./B.A. in Finance, Business, or Math
- 4 years of experience in business and/or finance, particularly in compensation administration and sales operations
- Strong quantitative skills, including statistical analysis and data management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with BI tools like Microsoft Power BI
- Competency in SQL and Salesforce reporting is preferred
