Job Summary
A company is looking for a Head of Expansion to lead U.S. expansion efforts and grow its enterprise customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies for revenue growth across key U.S.-based enterprise accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value customers and serve as their senior relationship lead
- Mentor and develop a high-performing account management team as the customer base expands
Required Qualifications
- 8-10+ years in strategic account management, customer success, or enterprise relationship roles within SaaS, CX, AI, or tech-enabled services
- Proven track record of expanding enterprise accounts and driving renewals
- Experience leading high-stakes negotiations and managing internal/external stakeholders
- Familiarity with customer experience technologies, AI/ML platforms, or digital transformation initiatives
- Bachelor's degree required
