Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic business development efforts targeting public-sector correctional healthcare contracts
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in corrections and healthcare
• Collaborate with executive leadership on growth plans and outreach campaigns

Qualifications

• 5+ years of strategic business development experience, preferably in healthcare or corrections
• Proven track record in long-cycle, solution-based sales with contracts over $2.5M
• Experience with RFPs, proposal development, and contract negotiations
• Skilled in pipeline management and CRM tools, preferably Salesforce
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience
