Job Summary
A company is looking for a Revenue Enablement Specialist to support the success of key enablement programs for their revenue teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new GTM team members, including scheduling training sessions and tracking progress
- Design and facilitate comprehensive onboarding programs and develop materials to support ongoing enablement initiatives
- Assist with the execution of cross-functional enablement programs and monitor program feedback for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in revenue enablement or training with increasing responsibility
- Experience with Asset Management or Sales Training/LMS software
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience supporting or working with GTM teams and leaders
- Self-starter with a proactive approach and strong organizational skills
