Job Summary
A company is looking for an Enterprise Renewal Specialist (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Field Sales Organization in driving Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) retention through renewal contract execution
- Prepare and present renewal sales quotes to enterprise renewal sellers 90-120 days prior to expiration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage complex quoting requests and ensure accurate forecasting of renewals
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in Enterprise Renewals, Sales Operations, Deal Support, Contract Management, or Customer Success
- Relevant industry experience in High Tech, SaaS, or Cybersecurity
- Experience managing SaaS Subscription renewals process
- Proficiency with MS Excel and experience using Salesforce.com and/or Salesforce CPQ
- Ability to balance multiple tasks and adjust priorities in a fast-paced environment
