Qualifications:
- 8+ years of B2B sales leadership experience, preferably in foodservice or workplace benefits
- Proven track record of success in owning P&L and scaling a business unit
- Expertise in selling to HR, People Ops, and property managers
- Familiarity with employee benefits and workplace wellness programs
- Strong leadership and coaching skills with an entrepreneurial mindset
