Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Enablement Specialist (Sales) to facilitate client transitions and enhance revenue retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage post-sale handoff, contract facilitation, and onboarding processes
  • Lead security and compliance coordination, serving as the primary contact for documentation and queries
  • Coordinate implementation readiness and monitor client adoption during the Hyper Care phase
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years in onboarding, customer success, deal desk, or project coordination roles
  • 2+ years of successful sales experience with a focus on expanding relationships
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent processes and navigating internal systems
  • Background in payroll, human resources, tax incentives, consulting, or professional services
  • Bachelor's degree required
