Key Responsibilities
- Manage post-sale handoff, contract facilitation, and onboarding processes
- Lead security and compliance coordination, serving as the primary contact for documentation and queries
- Coordinate implementation readiness and monitor client adoption during the Hyper Care phase
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in onboarding, customer success, deal desk, or project coordination roles
- 2+ years of successful sales experience with a focus on expanding relationships
- Experience managing multiple concurrent processes and navigating internal systems
- Background in payroll, human resources, tax incentives, consulting, or professional services
- Bachelor's degree required
