Associate Director of Commercial Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Commercial Operations - Enterprise CRM.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Veeva CRM roadmap aligned with commercial and medical strategies
• Lead the configuration design, deployment, and continuous improvement of Veeva CRM modules
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Field Medical teams to translate business needs into CRM functionality

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 10 - 15 years of relevant experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry
• 7+ years experience with Salesforce.com and/or Veeva
• Extensive knowledge of the Veeva ecosystem and MS Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
• Experience with Tableau and/or other BI tools preferred
