Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a channel sales strategy to achieve annual bookings goals
- Lead and mentor a team of channel sales professionals, fostering collaboration and accountability
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to co-develop effective sales strategies
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in channel sales, business development, or similar roles, with 3+ years in a sales leadership position
- Proven expertise in developing channel partner networks, preferably in healthcare or benefits
- Strong analytical skills to monitor sales metrics and optimize performance
- Familiarity with standard contract language and deal negotiation
- Experience in healthcare, benefits, or musculoskeletal care sales is a plus
