A company is looking for a Manager of Sales Enablement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement scalable enablement strategies aligned with business goals
  • Create and curate tools and frameworks that empower Account Executives (AEs) to advance deals
  • Analyze sales performance data to uncover trends and performance gaps, driving data-driven decision-making
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales enablement, revenue operations, or strategic sales leadership
  • Strong understanding of the EdTech industry, particularly in the US K-12 education market
  • Experience building programs from scratch and aligning stakeholders in cross-functional environments
  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales strategy, or sales leadership within the K-12 EdTech industry
  • Proficiency in interpreting sales data and making strategic recommendations
