Job Summary
A company is looking for an Express Agent Inside Sales Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to new express agents to generate engagement and sales opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with express agents, serving as a trusted point of contact
- Manage new agent onboarding webinars and collaborate with the licensing team to ensure a seamless appointment process
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record of achieving activity and/or sales targets in a high-call-volume role
- 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in the commercial insurance industry
- Strong customer service skills and ability to build rapport with agents
- Property and Casualty insurance license strongly preferred
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management abilities
