Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Client Development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Directly create leads and prospects through sales techniques, including in-person events with physician prospects
  • Develop and implement strategies to engage marketing-driven and self-created leads, culminating in closing new target client accounts
  • Lead the creation of the ecosystem and playbook to drive client growth and asset formation across various acquisition channels
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (Master's degree or MD preferred)
  • Series 65 Investment Adviser Representative license required or one of the five professional designations that may grant a waiver from the Series 65 exam, including CFP
  • 7+ years of wealth management and comprehensive financial planning experience, preferably with physicians
  • Expertise with CRM systems such as Salesforce and allied marketing and sales technology
  • Proven ability to develop and close high-net-worth prospects with a strong track record in business development
