Key Responsibilities
- Own the U.S. wholesale sales forecast and collaborate with Finance and Operations for inventory alignment
- Drive execution of the wholesale sales strategy to achieve revenue and market share growth
- Analyze sales performance and market trends to identify opportunities and mitigate risks
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in wholesale sales, preferably in a leadership role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets within the U.S. market
- Demonstrated leadership skills in managing high-performing teams
- Highly analytical with experience using CRM systems and sales platforms
