A company is looking for a Sales Director for Large Market Retirement Recordkeeping Plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute a segmentation strategy to identify and develop relationships with mid-market advisors and consultants
- Maintain and increase the close/win ratio for RFPs and presentations
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver RFPs and develop long-term territory strategies
Required Qualifications
- Four-year college degree required
- Minimum 5+ years of sales experience in retirement platform sales through intermediaries
- Comprehensive knowledge of 401(k) service components and industry trends
- Polished and research-driven salesperson with a consultative selling style
- FINRA Series 6 or 7 & 63 license required
