Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Operations Specialists
- Drive process improvements across support functions, quoting, billing, and approvals
- Establish operational metrics and monitor team performance to identify opportunities for improvement
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Sales or Revenue Operations, with at least 2 years in a management role
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM and CPQ
- Proven track record of building and scaling sales support processes in fast-paced environments
- Experience coaching and developing teams and fostering accountability
- Highly organized with strong analytical skills and a hands-on execution approach
