Key Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate approval routing for commercial and consumer lead assignments
- Monitor cold lead assignment counts in alignment with sales strategy
- Assist with distribution updates and collaborate on approval routing as needed
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of experience in a deadline-driven role
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel, including V-lookups and Pivot Tables
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and other software systems
