Job Summary
A company is looking for a Direct Sales Representative responsible for managing sales growth and sustaining strategic relationships in the South-Central territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall account responsibilities for motor, controls, and blower customers within the assigned territory
- Develop and execute a Territory Sales Plan to meet or exceed business targets
- Monitor market trends and lead customer contract negotiations to enhance business performance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 10+ years of relevant experience
- 3+ years of industry sales experience
- Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Must reside in the South-Central part of the United States (ideally Oklahoma, Texas, Louisiana, or Arkansas)
